Moderated by BBC science correspondent Pallab Ghosh, panelists include: Rita Colwell (Former Director, National Science Foundation, US and currently Distinguished Professor at the University of Maryland, College Park, US); Alice Dautry (President, Institut Pasteur, France); Harvey Fineberg (President, Institute of Medicine, National Academy, US); and Kiyoshi Kurokawa (Chairman, Health and Global Policy Institute, Japan).
